SHIPPING POLICY

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders over €39, depending on the destination and promotional conditions.

Orders are processed after payment authorization and address verification. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, remote locations, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier tracking may take time to update.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless collected during checkout.

If your package is delayed, damaged, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
